It is recommended that starting times for games be 6:00 p.m.
but no later than 6:15 p.m.
Regulation games shall be 7 innings.
When the score is tied at the end of the regulation, the
game may go into extra innings until a decision is reached
or the game is called by the umpire.
A pitcher may pitch a maximum of 7 innings in a calendar day
and 12 innings in a calendar week.
The standard pitching rules of baseball shall apply as to
"legal pitching delivery". The two legal pitching positions,
the wind-up and the set positions may be used at any time.
The catcher MUST wear a standard catcher's mitt.
It is recommended that the first baseman wear a trapper
glove.
Standard running shoes or shoes with moulded rubber cleats
(soccer style shoes) may be used.
Shoes with metal cleats are prohibited.
Bats shall not be more than 33 inches in length and not more
than 2 3/4 inches in diameters at the barrel.
Players MUST wear an approved batting helmet with a working
chin strap.
Catchers MUST wear full gear (full catchers helmet, chest
protector, shin guards, face mask with throat protector and
athletic supporter cup.
The Standard playing rules of baseball apply with some
exceptions:

Each team shall consist of 15 uniformed players.

Should one team not be able to field a full team of nine
players, and the opposing team can, the game is
forfeited. The team may then play an exhibition game.

Before the game begins, the coach must give a copy of
their batting line-up to the coach of the opposing team.

All players in attendance at league games in which their
team is participating must play at least 3 complete
innings of a 7 inning game.
Standard rules of baseball apply to batting and length of
innings.
Leadoffs are permitted.
The batter may become a runner when the third strike is not
caught providing:

first base is unoccupied, or
-
first base is occupied with two out.
Should a catcher drop a third strike, the ball is alive and
in play. Runners may advance at their own risk subjects to
points 1 and 2 above.
